COVID-19 UPDATE (May 28, 2020):
Currently, Yellowstone park entrances are opened or closed according to their normal seasonal schedule. We recommend you continue to monitor COVID-19 updates from Montana and Wyoming for the latest.
We have implemented some temporary changes in order to provide the safest possible environment at our property, and peace of mind for our guests who book at Silver Willows. Our cleaners and caretakers are undertaking a more thorough cleaning and disinfecting regimen inside our cabins. This includes, but is not limited to, extra attention paid to common surfaces such as light switches, door knobs, drawer pulls, etc.
We have also changed our cancellation policy to a more moderate 30 day threshold in order to help our guests with their travel planning.
If you have additional questions or concerns that need to be addressed to ensure peace of mind during your booking process, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Silver Willows Cabins are centered in the small town of Silver Gate, Montana. Our cabins are one mile from Yellowstone National Park’s Northeast entrance, three miles down the road from Cooke City.
The Silver Gate/Cooke City area is popular with wolf watchers (the Lamar Valley is a short drive away). Park visitors and snowmobilers looking to get away from the larger border towns also enjoy the quiet of Silver Gate.
The Sarva cabin comfortably sleeps up to nine adults while our newest cabin, Ursa, sleeps up to five. Discounts are available for larger groups of guests who would like to book both cabins during their stay.
Silver Willows Cabins are perfect for those who need a base to explore Yellowstone National Park, the Beartooth Pass, or are just looking to enjoy a quiet getaway.
